No wonder they're in trouble. All my offspring are now independent adults living in their own accommodation of choice. I've already received a letter dated 2.9.08 stating the liability period of payment had ended. Since then, I have settled the final payment.
Today I received three separate letters from the Child Support Agency saying they'd reviewed my case and that as a consequence, they still require payment from me of;-

1. 15% of what they believe to my my annual income. This 15% is payable to my ex wife. That there is no adjustment to it and as a consequence, and I quote, "The weekly amount you must pay is £0.00."
2. £270.54
3. £15.19

It's almost as if they make it up as they go along.

One of the letters has a freepost envelope together with a form to fill in with a box asking me to complete the following statement-

'I haven't paid my child maintenance because.....'

Any suggestions?

Why the hoo ha about Prince Harry calling a collegue a, 'Paki'. Surely, Paki' is an abreviation of Pakistani. Do I get offended by someone calling me a, Brit'?
