Today I received three separate letters from the Child Support Agency saying they'd reviewed my case and that as a consequence, they still require payment from me of;-
- 15% of what they believe to my my annual income. This 15% is payable to my ex wife. That there is no adjustment to it and as a consequence, and I quote, "The weekly amount you must pay is £0.00."
- £270.54
- £15.19
It's almost as if they make it up as they go along.
One of the letters has a freepost envelope together with a form to fill in with a box asking me to complete the following statement-
'I haven't paid my child maintenance because.....'
Any suggestions?

'I haven't paid my child maintenance because.....'
1. I'm waiting on the DNA paternity test results.
2. I plan to trade up for a newer model.
3. The check is in the mail.
I'm too busy blogging.

I haven't paid my Child Maintenance because getting money out of me, is like trying to stick butter up a porcupine's arse, using a red hot knitting needle!
I was kidnapped by Aliens and forced to stomp out crop circles every night so I haven't been able to work.
did you get a formal letter from them terminating your claim? make several copies of it and put it in the return envelope with the form stapled to it. every time they send you a form, send the copy back with it. eventually a human will notice.
All stuff from the state has got like that lately.. I got five letters saying my working tax credit had been reduced from 0 to 0 ... five letters saying the same meaningless thing!
Write back and say that you havent paid because you don't recognise the authority of the Government!

Homo Escapeons- I love this idea although I'm pretty sure it will count for nought in the Vogon dull minds of the

What makes it more galling is that the Civil Servants who preside over this chaos, end up with a knighthood and a fat pension.
On a different topic are you now a statistic Tick or do you remain as part of the skeleton staff?
I'm one of the lucky ones, for now, we're starting production on Monday morning.
How about... pimping them pays for their bills
