Snooze- Cleaning the computer was difficult. One can't use liquids because of the electrical consequences. I've resorted to kitchen roll followed by hooking it out of the grooves with a tooth brush.
Which I then disposed of.

I've used those anti static cloths from the office supply store to clean my powered off computer.
I cannot remember the last time I saw a CRT monitor hahaha. I suppose they fixed these kinds of little problems with LCD design. Now if someone could just fix the economy you'd be set, in the meantime sounds like you've managed well enough.
Plegmfatale- I guess they'd be slung easily into the back of a pick up truck.
Eroswings- I think I'll be getting an LCD screen soon. You have to be there to correct bad behaviour in an animal. Maybe I will be soon.
Qchique- We here in Blighty are usually a few years behind America. Most places are just changing over to LCD now.
