Cut and Paste.
So school children today belong to the 'cut and paste' generation. School work is completed by cutting and pasting from the Internet. From my experience, that should ideally qualify them for middle management.

Agreed, one bright spark lifted an on-line advert on to his coursework! easily over qualified for middle management
This was not intended to be an attack on management. It's just that it's become the norm in business to write ones reports simply but cutting and pasting the reports of ones underlings.
So which side of the report usage are you Ticks? Manager or underling?
I am a mere underling.
Certainly I do tons of cut and paste in my job. I don't many of us absorb much information anymore as we did when we had to write out items and summarize them.
